저수준 API를 직접 활용하여 AI 반도체용 핵심 연산 커널을 설계·구현하는 과제이다. AI 가속기의 연산 효율을 극대화하고, 상위 딥러닝 프레임워크와 런타임에 통합 가능한 최적화된 빌딩 블록을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

Kernel-level Programming API for AI Semiconductors

This project is funded by ETRI (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute).
Period: May 2026 – Nov. 2026.

The objective of this project is to design and implement core operation kernels for AI semiconductors using low-level APIs. By directly leveraging low-level hardware interfaces, the project aims to maximize the computational efficiency of AI accelerators and provide optimized building blocks that can be integrated into higher-level deep learning frameworks and runtimes.
